Heritage Village combines classic style and modern sophistication for 55+ age residents.

KWA recently completed Heritage Village, a 121-unit senior living facility located in Hurst, Texas that accommodates 55+ age residents. Seneca Development hired KWA to build the senior complex, combining classic style with modern sophistication that accommodates both the active and tranquil senior lifestyle.

“Heritage Village is a beautiful property that KWA was proud to build,” said KWA President Keller Webster. “Seneca Development really identified what amenities seniors want today and made sure to incorporate those features into Heritage Village.”

Sitting at just over 141,000 square feet, Heritage Village marks another senior home construction project completed by KWA. The $10.3 million property features an indoor pool, clubhouse with salon, and banking and pharmacy services. It is comprised of both duplex- and apartment-style units.  Heritage Village is located adjacent to the Hurst Senior Activities Center, providing residents with added benefits and services.

Heritage Village’s living spaces were constructed with minimal lines and maximum dimensions, giving its units great clarity and refinement. Each unit is outfitted with modern appliances and rich textures and finishes.
